Since 1961, Larry and Betty Hanselman have been proprietors of the Schnitzelbank Restaurant, a well know landmark in the predominantly German community of Jasper, in Southern Indiana. They’ve gone through several transformations over the years and evolved into a destination unto itself, giving patrons an opportunity to dine in an “Olde World” ambiance. With the help of their six children, and grandchildren, the Hanselman’s businesses also include Schnitz Brewery & Pub, Schnitzelbank Catering, KlubHaus 61 and the Jasper Hampton Inn.
