Sip and Sample at the 17th Annual Indiana Wine Fair on May 11

Head to Brown County for an undeniably delicious and fun-filled afternoon
On May 11, one of Indiana’s oldest and largest wine events will be held in Brown County. An afternoon of wine, music, food and fun, the Indiana Wine Fair returns to the Story Inn for a 17th year in a row.
From 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests will be able to savor complementary one-ounce pours of the state’s finest wines. With dozens of participating wineries, a wide variety of wines will be on hand to sample. From refined Rieslings and Rosés to mouthwatering Malbecs and Merlots, festival-goers are sure to find a new favorite.
A true debutante party for Hoosier vintners, the Indiana Wine Fair has grown to be the largest event featuring exclusively Indiana wines. Aside from wine, a handful of Indiana distilleries and breweries will be onsite too for sipping and sampling.
Guests also will treat more than their taste buds as they soak in the rustic charm of the historic Story Inn. Lush spring scenery and fine wine will be the perfect complement to live music, which will be ongoing throughout the day on Story’s barnyard stage.
The music line-up will be like wine for your ears, featuring top-notch local and regional performers. Festival-goers will be able to kick back, relax, and sip some vino as they enjoy a blend of folk, bluegrass, and acoustic sounds coming from the mainstage!
Glasses and bottles of wine will be available for purchase throughout the afternoon, along with food from several regional food trucks and some artisanal wares from local craftspeople.
Admission to the festival is $65 per person for those consuming wine and only $10 for designated drivers. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend and must present an ID upon arrival. Admission also includes a Story Inn keepsake wine glass and tote bag. No coolers are allowed at the event, but guests are encouraged to bring chairs, umbrellas, and/or blankets.
More information and tickets are available online at Online pre-sale tickets only; no tickets will be for sale at the gate.
