Cardinal serves delicious menu items like hand-pulled mozzarella and a rye-crusted pork chop. Popular cocktails include their twist on the Old Fashioned or signature drinks like Apples in Tuxedos.
Most Popular Seasonal Release is Back….Nocino bottles will be released Friday, November 10th—Nocino is a traditional Italian liqueur made with green, unripe walnuts. For their version, they harvested walnuts right in Indiana from their co-founder’s family trees in Fort Wayne then combined them with their vodka and spices= “a luscious, mellow, earthy elixir that has this wonderful, naturally warming quality,” perfect for the fall & winter months!
