The Historic Richmond Depot District’s 12th Annual Old Fashioned Christmas Festival is November 28th, December 5th and 12th.  The neighborhood will be aglow with twinkling lights and luminaries. Enjoy a large fantasyland model train display, children’s train rides on the Christmas Express, live reindeer, Santa Claus, horse-drawn carriage and wagon rides, carolers, steel drum concert, balloon art so much more. Admission is Free!
